For anyone who skateboards, roller skates, or takes part in an activity which involves the use of ball bearings, you may already know that maintenance of ball bearing is necessary to keep them from corroding and become restrictive or seize completely.
To clean and lubricate your ball bearing is a quick and simple process.
First, remove bearings from the wheels so they are loose and can be soaked.
Second, fill a small bowl or dish with some form of degrease agent, WD-40 works the best in my experience.
Third, individually spin bearings using your fingers to make sure the spinning is smooth and grit free. Then tap dry with paper towel.
Fourth, use a very thin oil based lubricant and drip a small amount directly onto the sidewall of the bearing spinning as you go to work in the lubricant.
Finally, replace bearings into wheels and enjoy the frictionless, smooth sailin'

being a "porch monkey"
In my profile, I seem to have mentioned that I take interest in being a "porch monkey" and doing "porch monkey" things. For lack of anything better to write, I would like to take this time out to be perfectly clear about what I mean by this. By "porch monkey" I mean to hang out lackadaisically on the porch, converse with others and passerby's, and thus, enjoying the elements and usually a couple beverages. Despite any dictionary definition, I do not mean to be offensive in any racial way.

my good lunch
I had a delicious lunch today when I returned home after my first two classes. I ate a french bread pizza. It was bangin'! Litely crispy on the bottom and than soft through out. I would rate it a 9.5 in deliciousness.
